Quotes

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check this site for information relevant to quotes to include clarifications, addenda or amendments that are issued prior to the opening date.

All quotes must be submitted to the Douglas County Purchasing Department, 902 Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 by the date and time specified in the quote documents. Late quotes will not be accepted.  The quote must be labeled with the quote title.

Quotes may be delivered by U S Mail, hand delivery or fax (402 444-5423 or 402 444-4992).
Quotes are opened publicly on the advertised date and time in the Douglas County Purchasing Department.

• Quote tabulation information for current quotes will be available only via this web site.
• Quote tabs will not be available until two (2) working days from the bid opening date.
• Tabulation information that is available will be placed on this web site by 1:00 p.m. on the Friday following the quote opening. Quotes will remain on this site for approximately two (2) weeks from the date that they are opened. Quotes will then be moved to the Archived Quotes page.

If you have problems obtaining a specification from this site or you would like to have a copy mailed directly to you, please contact the Purchasing Department.
