	Quotes - For expenses up to $20,000.00 the Purchasing Department may elect to obtain written quotes.
	Bids and Proposal Requests - For expenses over $20,000.00 the Purchasing Department is required to submit formal written bids.
	Maintain vendor lists and provide vendor applications.
	Provide support for the annual surplus auction.
